Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities to optimize revenue.
  • Manage bank payments and AP invoice booking for Indian entity with precision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for AP and Taxes activities efficiently.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform monthly book closing, including BRS, invoicing, accruals, and capitalization accurately.
  • Manage the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and reconcile it with books of accounts.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis for optimal cash flow management.
  • Prepare cash flow projections to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure financial statement accuracy and integrity through effective internal controls.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a corporate environment is essential.
  • Experience in start-ups with global exposure is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams is required.
  • Knowledge of IndAS/IFRS is necessary.
  • Excellent working skills of MS Office are essential.
