The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience, including minimum 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP. Treasury experience is mandatory, along with controlling experience and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Fiori Applications, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

The role requires analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP FICO solutions, and designing test plans for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering basic SAP training to client end-users and working closely with business decision makers and end users.

  1. Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients and documenting an accurate understanding of their business needs.
  2. Configure SAP FICO solutions to meet client requirements effectively.
  3. Maintain confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes.
  4. Functionality Testing: Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality.
  5. Design and develop test plans for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing.
  6. Develop process models based on business requirements.
  7. Provide support for business applications or infrastructure to maintain productivity level.

This position involves working under tight project deadlines, providing break/fix support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
