Job Description

We are seeking a technical lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python applications.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Python development skills and hands-on experience with GenAI exposure.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of total experience with at least 5-6 years in advanced Python development and design patterns.
  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • A solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams (10-15 members).
