Lead Purchase Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Purchase Operations Manager to lead our procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a strong command of the English language (written and verbal), and extensive experience in purchase management.
The Purchase Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end purchase operations, including vendor selection, negotiations, and order finalization. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and monitoring import and export activities, including documentation, shipping, and delivery to overseas clients.
* Ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, machinery, spares, and other required goods.
* Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality.
* Preparing purchase reports, budgets, and forecasts as required.
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in purchase/supply chain management. Required skills and qualifications include:
* Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
* Experience handling tenders, bids, and GeM portal transactions is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in import and export documentation and shipping line processes will be an added advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to search and evaluate new vendors on online platforms.
