**Job Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee site execution and installation management. This role involves planning and executing daily site activities, managing crane operations, supervising wind turbine installation activities, and ensuring proper execution of internal line works.

  • Plan and execute daily site activities based on project schedules and task orders.
  • Manage crane operations, mobilization, and heavy material movement.
  • Supervise wind turbine installation activities, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Allocate tasks to contractors and engineers; monitor labor resources, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
  • Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
  • Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
  • Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones.
  • Resolve installation and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.


**Technical Expertise:**

  • Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
  • Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across Pan India.
