Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented software developer with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS) to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge insurance solutions.

About the Role

This role offers the chance to design, build, and configure Duck Creek applications to meet business needs, expanding your expertise and solving real business challenges in the insurance domain.

  • Develop, configure, and unit test solutions in Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS).
  • Work on Forms, Pages, Rating, Rules, and User Administration in DC PAS.
  • Implement Anywhere API and Headless integrations with Duck Creek.
  • Collaborate on XML configurations, tables, and custom workflows.
  • Work across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) in insurance (Personal & Commercial).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Provide daily status updates to project leads and clients when required.
  • Ensure delivery quality by adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements

We are looking for a software developer with:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with strong exposure to Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS).
  • Proven experience with Anywhere API and Headless implementations in Duck Creek.
  • Expertise in DC PAS policy pages, tables, forms, rating, and user administration.
  • Solid experience in the Insurance domain, with knowledge of policy administration processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Duck Creek Author Certification is preferred, but not essential. Exposure to integration projects with external systems and experience in commercial insurance products would be beneficial.
