Theatre Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced theatre operations manager to lead daily activities at our cinema. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of theatre management, including staff supervision, customer service, box office performance, concessions, technical coordination, and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional movie-going experiences for customers while achieving business targets.
  • Manage staff effectively, focusing on excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Lead the team in maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of theatre operations, including projection and AV systems.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a similar field is preferred.
  • MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with film equipment and technology is mandatory.
