Key Position for Back-End System Development

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Lead Back End Developer. The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems that support our maritime operations platform.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of backend services with frontend applications, databases, and other core systems. Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to guarantee the team's effectiveness and productivity.
  • Contribute to the design and development of efficient and maintainable software architecture.
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through development and deployment.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development practices, including writing comprehensive unit tests, to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Build reusable, modular code and libraries to promote efficiency and consistency across projects.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for all systems and processes related to the products you own.
