Job Title: Banking Program Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the delivery of functional aspects of our Core Banking implementation program. Your expertise in technology and strategy will drive the development and execution of our Core Banking Implementation strategy, achieving objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Core Production Implementation function within established SLA, schedule, budget, and scope parameters.
  • Ensure seamless transformation of core banking applications to the next version.
  • Effectively manage Business Analysts involved in Core Banking Implementation, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.

Key Result Areas:

  • Manage a diverse team of professionals onsite/offshore and outsourced responsible for delivering Functional aspects of FLEXCUBE Core banking application.
  • Evaluate business requirements against existing and proposed systems, recommending an approach to provide a solution.
Requirements:
  • Strong domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, team building, and leadership qualities.
  • Engineer/Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE hands-on experience with product designing and implementation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in FCUBS V11 is highly desirable.
