Job Role Overview

As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective installation and operation of our cardiovascular devices and software at customer sites.

  • Installation of Medical Devices.
  • Providing In-Depth Training to Customers on Device Use and Software Applications.
  • Responding to Customer Support Calls and Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
  • Ensuring First-Time Resolution of Installed Devices.
  • Inventory Management of Spare Parts.
  • Fostering Strong Relationships with Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
