Job Description:

As a Service Cost Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing service costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

  1. Analyze service expenses to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and cost minimization.
  2. Develop a business case based on the gathered data to estimate potential savings and present it to customers via a dedicated portal.
  3. Conduct self-assessments of your work and present the business case to reviewers.
  4. Peer-review team members' work to ensure quality and consistency.
  5. Present the business case to customers and obtain initial approval to proceed with initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with various internal functions and customers to advance and track initiatives.
  7. Present evidence of completion to customers at different gate levels to secure agreement for closure.
  8. Regularly update relevant trackers to reflect actual progress and present status to project leads.
