Power Platform Developer is a pivotal role in today's digital landscape.

As a seasoned Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your expertise in Power BI will enable you to design and develop complex reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Power BI Mastery: Develop sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards that cater to diverse business needs and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Mentorship: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by guiding junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in existing solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in developing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Knowledge on Power Pages, Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with SQL and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a lead or senior role within a Power Platform development team.
