Senior Digital Marketing Campaign Director

As a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Campaign Director, you will be responsible for overseeing various high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple business units. These initiatives will span different channels and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Lead Gen, Affiliates, Programmatic Media etc. Your primary responsibility will be delivering campaign objectives, maximizing campaign efficiency, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving results through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver impactful outcomes. As a leader of a team of Digital Marketing Managers, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive maximum outputs in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development and Optimization:
  1. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Lead Gen, Retargeting, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital platforms like Programmatic Media, Affiliates etc.
  2. Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data-driven insights.
  3. Implement optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  4. Monitor test results and recommend improvements based on data-driven outcomes.
  5. Set up Conversion Tracking and Goal Measurement.
Requirements:
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • 14-17 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Affiliates, Programmatic Platforms, Bing and other biddable and non-biddable platforms etc.
  • Problem-solving skills, team leadership skills, strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
