Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Description

The role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

  • We require you to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, HT & LT panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems that support IT infrastructure.
  • You will be responsible for managing 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).
  • Maintenance and servicing of all elevators through AMC vendors is your responsibility, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers.
  • You will oversee AMC renewals and maintenance of UPS systems across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.
  • Supervising and coordinating electrical installations, such as new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight, is a key aspect of this role.
  • You will support electrical fault rectification and ensure DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.
  • Preparing and sharing daily project reports and summaries is an essential task.
Requirements:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering education is required. Additionally, 4–10 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
