We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and configuration of our project portfolio management and project controls systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and administering EcoSys, as well as strong cost management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure EcoSys portfolios, projects, and contracts modules, including designing cost classes, coding structures, WBS timesheet budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations, variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals, KPIs, and ensure seamless integration with upstream systems.
  • Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems, such as SAP, SFDC schedulers, Primavera P6, MS Project, and EDW Snowflake IICS, to enable single-source reporting.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, leveraging EcoSys reports and aligning to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates, approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests, and cutovers aligned to Statement of Work deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in PPM Project Controls, 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, with expertise in monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS, or similar ETL ability to define source-to-EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills in EcoSys native, Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
