As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for innovative marketing strategies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective BTL activities across various channels, including school/college tie-ups, seminars, apartment/community campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, local events, parent/student meets, referral programs, scholarship test promotions, and awareness drives.
  • Generate student leads and increase walk-ins for admissions by leveraging strong communication skills and building good relationships with schools, colleges, and communities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
