Job Description

As an Operation Executive, you will oversee and maintain quality standards in our UltraCare Pro vertical. Key responsibilities include checking working condition of devices before dispatch, ensuring all devices meet internal technical specifications, identifying and documenting malfunctions or defects, and coordinating with procurement for replacements.

Maintaining accurate records of devices in return and dispatch is also crucial. Additionally, providing internal support and documentation when required.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
