Automation Specialist

The primary responsibility of this Automation Specialist is to manage and maintain end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
  • Maintain UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues) for optimal performance.
  • Integrate UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems through robust API connections.
  • Develop monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and Confluence knowledge bases for efficient issue resolution.
  • Manage access and credentials securely while adhering to compliance controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in RPA, with a minimum of 2 years utilizing UiPath.
  • Proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Strong Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET and VBA programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • A stable and secure UiPath environment on AWS.
  • Integrated automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow and API integrations.
  • Monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and a comprehensive Confluence knowledge base.
