Graphic Design Professional

Establish a talented team of creative professionals with 5-10 years of experience in visual design and graphic design. The ideal candidate must have expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design is required. We seek individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are skilled at stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Produce a wide range of creative assets including presentations, data visualizations, brochures, email templates, PDFs (InDesign), and website graphics.
  • Manage digital assets for easy accessibility and consistency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our design capabilities to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in visual design/graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work with a solid foundation in typography and a clean aesthetic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Degree from NID or other top design institutions.
  • Proficiency in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel charts).
