Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Lead

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials implementation lead to drive the successful deployment of our financial systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and configuration of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop tailored solutions;
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity;
  • Develop and maintain technical guides and system documentation to support knowledge sharing and best practices;
  • Provide exceptional client service by facilitating communication and issue resolution;
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource;
  • At least 4+ years of experience in implementing multiple Oracle Fusion modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM and FA;
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining system strategies, gathering and documenting business requirements, and leading fit-gap analysis and conference room pilots;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to exercise mature judgment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments;
