About this role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, quality management, and regulatory approvals. They will be responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art quality in medical and non-MD applications for optometrists. The role involves operating out of India closely supporting the SW development team, creating and reviewing technical documentation, and implementing standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality software development for medical and non-MD applications.
  • Support the SW development team from India.
  • Create and review technical documentation.
  • Implement applicable standards and regulations.
  • Develop risk management strategies.
  • Participate in complaint and non-conformance management investigation.
  • Support post-market surveillance process activities.
  • Contribute to management & quality reviews.
  • Support internal and 3rd party audit activities.
  • Introduce and implement digital platforms for design and QMS processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical orientation or a comparable relevant discipline.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality management and quality improvement measures, ideally in medical software.

Skills Required:

Design, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Regulatory Approvals, Risk Management.
