Job Description

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor device physics, specifically diodes, BJTs, HBTs, MOSFETs and HEMTs. The candidate should be familiar with the electrical behaviors of these semiconductor devices, including DC/low frequency, RF/high frequency, noise, mismatch, etc., as well as the types of test structures needed to characterize them.

The candidate will apply knowledge of semiconductor device physics in a practical compact model extraction scenario, analyze and explain data trends, distinguish real trends from noise, associate various physical phenomena with observed trends, submit electrical characterization requests, extract compact modeling parameters, and perform QA checks.
