As a crucial member of our EH&S team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise landscape.
  • Perform business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions that meet regulatory standards and drive business growth.
  • Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, guaranteeing stability, compliance, and usability across multiple business units and global environments.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications, monitoring service performance and adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards, driving consistency and efficiency in our operations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with a strong background in EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle), with a good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge IT and business functions.
