Lead Communications Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled communications leader to drive our brand reputation, corporate visibility, and stakeholder engagement in India. As part of our core leadership team, you will shape how we are perceived by media, industry stakeholders, regulators, merchants, and consumers.

This role combines strategic narrative-building with hands-on execution—working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and management to amplify our voice across traditional and digital channels.

You'll lead external communication through earned media, thought leadership, branded IPs, sponsorships, and online reputation management. This role requires both strategy and execution, with a focus on building trust and awareness in a regulated, high-growth sector.

About the Role

  • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance.
  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.
  • Lead ORM across platforms using monitoring and sentiment tools.
  • Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms.
  • Oversee development of key brand assets.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries. Your strong background in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling is essential. Additionally, your experience in launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives will be valuable.
