Client Platform Onboarding Specialist

You will be responsible for onboarding clients onto our platform, which involves scoping, integrating with their Order Management Systems (OMS), and establishing workflows. You will also evaluate, map, and integrate new and existing data vendors with our platform.
Additional responsibilities include handling end-to-end client onboarding, gathering requirements, and showcasing our capabilities. You will manage stakeholders' expectations by being proactive in identifying their needs, articulating the scope of our offering, escalating issues in a timely manner, and persuasively bringing about changes.
You will work closely with various teams, including project management and sales teams, to understand and gather scope requirements. You will also learn and enhance your knowledge of our platform and industry.
Your tasks will include data gathering, gap analysis, mapping, data transformation, loading, reconciliation, setup of business-as-usual activities, parallel support, and working with technology teams as needed.
