Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the visual merchandising strategy of our Exclusive Outlet Business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and staff-related challenges. This role requires creating strategic recommendations based on a deep understanding of the business.

This position acts as the main point of contact for all VM-related aspects, overseeing the creation of window and in-store displays across various stores. The goal is to maximize product sales by taking complete responsibility for the look and feel of each store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Visual Merchandising plans (within brand boundaries) across the network, adhering to VM Calendars and budget guidelines.
  • Travel with employees/team members to learn new concepts, create budgets for these trips, and ensure approvals are obtained.
  • Create season calendars for in-store displays, including datelines from planning to execution, and budget accordingly.
  • Negotiate with vendors to maintain budget compliance while enhancing relationships.
  • Research and document findings, creating budgets if necessary.
  • Inspire teams with new VM concepts and allocate human resources territory-wise.
  • Design in-store displays, plan marketing promos, and develop exciting planograms for each territory.
  • Coordinate with stores to ensure timely implementation and train teams on research-based lifestyle concepts, trends, and regional attributes.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensure uniformity, and adhere to VM standards.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably from an Exclusive Outlet Business.
  • Ability to manage large teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work to different cities.
