Lithium-Ion BMS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS & CAN Testing Professional to join our organization. The role involves testing and validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring proper communication with the Controller Area Network (CAN) for lithium-ion battery packs used in electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software.
• Conduct protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis.
• Work with tools like CANalyzer or equivalent.
• Document test cases, test results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Embedded Systems or related field.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture.
• Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting ability.
