Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of financial plans and analyses to support business growth and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and develop financial plans to support them
  • Analyze complex financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global financial services organization
  • MBA or CA certification preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and implementing best practices
