We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between D365 CE and various applications using Mulesoft. Ideally, the candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in this domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integration solutions between D365 CE and multiple applications leveraging Mulesoft.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions to guarantee quality and performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) functionalities and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API design and development.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services for integration purposes.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
