Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the various aspects of projects, guiding team members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, adhering to health and safety protocols, and compiling reports for stakeholders. To excel in this position, one should be able to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals and create schedules that meet deadlines.

To succeed as a Site Coordinator, you should demonstrate robust analytical and logical thinking skills. Ideal candidates should showcase a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.

  • Organizing materials and maintaining safe and clean sites.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring necessary resources are available.
  • Providing technical guidance and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating adjustments to team members and clients.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where necessary.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical, electronics, and mechanical Engineering.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Additionally, certificates or licenses in ELV Systems may be preferred (e.g., FAS, FFT, BMS, CCTV, Access Control).
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.
