Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to contribute to the development and deployment of AI-powered financial solutions.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in machine learning and software engineering, eager to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of Large Language Models, Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and vector search in Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and ML pipelines.
  • Implement core components, including memory, routing, cache, feedback, and chains, to enable in-house AI agents.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with business, front-end, back-end, and data teams.
  • Build sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis using LangChain/LangGraph.
  • Prompt engineering techniques for various LLM providers, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Open AI.
  • Develop scalable systems using FastAPI that can handle large-scale document processing during due diligence.
  • Secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information.
  • Caching and coordination with Redis, and leveraging Pinecone vector search and Neo4j Knowledge Graph database (nice to have).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or equivalent internship/coursework/projects involving data analysis, machine learning, or software development.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with investment professionals.
  • Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive financial data.
