Role Summary

A strategic Digital Marketing Executive is sought to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring maximum ROI and brand growth through innovative campaigns.

  • Social Media Optimization (SMO)
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and shareable content for digital channels.
    • Analytics Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize social media campaigns accordingly.
  • Paid Advertising
    • Campaign Development: Design and execute effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to enhance website visibility on search engines.
    • On-Page SEO Strategies: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Content Strategy
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop a compelling and cohesive content strategy.
    • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights for improvement.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO and SMO best practices.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
