Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to build and test scalable Big Data ecosystems for our businesses. The ideal candidate will design and develop methods to connect and collect data from various sources, work closely with data scientists to ensure data quality, and collaborate with cloud and data architects to define robust architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand data sources and APIs
  • Design and develop data pipelines connecting various enterprise data sources
  • Work with data scientists to ensure data quality and cleansing
  • Collaborate with cloud and data architects to define robust architecture
  • Work with DevOps to build automated data pipelines
Requirements
  • Expertise in all phases of data engineering from initial data analysis through data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
  • Experience in building diverse data engineering activities on Azure Data platform
  • Strong working experience with Azure Data Factory Pipelines and Azure services
  • Good hands-on skills working with Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL
