HireGenie is a specialized talent acquisition company providing curated offerings for recruitment of Chartered Accountants (Qualified and Semi-Qualified), Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA and other graduates and professionals in the field of commerce. We work with leading consulting firms, corporates, and startups in India and the Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for staffing solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and digital outreach
- Prepare business proposals and presentations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and work ethics

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years in business development or sales

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (Saturday half day)
