We work with leading consulting firms, corporates, and startups in India and the Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for staffing solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and digital outreach
- Prepare business proposals and presentations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and work ethics
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years in business development or sales
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (Saturday half day)
