Responsibilities- Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop visually consistent assets that meet our brand standards.
- Present design concepts and defend creative choices, adapting to feedback from stakeholders.
- Evaluate and ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Demonstrable skills in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
- Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
- Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms, as well as creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
- Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
- Experience in optimizing assets for performance and speed.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Experience in basic motion graphics.
- UI design skills.
