Job Description

The role involves delivering technical expertise in Kubernetes platform implementation, working closely with customer teams to ensure software adoption and optimal performance.

You will be responsible for project management, providing hands-on consulting services, and implementing scalable solutions to meet customer business needs.

  • Implementation: Lead project activities such as gathering requirements, designing architectures, and deploying the solution in customer environments.
  • Support: Leverage proven methodologies using the Kubernetes Platform to deploy products, perform operational support, monitoring, automation, building, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Expertise: Develop domain knowledge in one or more customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products.
  • Customer Relationship: Develop customer relations at a trusted business advisor level.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Implement appropriate monitoring and alerting for the application and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaboration: Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, sharing information, diverse ideas, and partnering with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Agility: Deliver solutions against strict timelines with a strong sense of urgency and desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Innovation: Empower trying new approaches and learning new technologies, contributing innovative ideas, creating solutions, and being accountable for end-to-end deliveries.
