UX/UI Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI design specialist to join our team. As a senior member of the design team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor our services to meet their needs.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to create exceptional product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients and lead discussions on optimal design solutions.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for both pre-sales and post-sales phases to effectively communicate user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality user interfaces, obtain client approvals, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
  • Review development builds and provide constructive feedback to guarantee adherence to UX/UI recommendations.

For this role, we are seeking an exceptional individual with:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in making informed decisions.
  • Organizational, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick-learning, and driven nature.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines and basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • The ability to generate innovative concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and solid understanding of design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies will be highly valued.
