We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to lead our global training initiatives.

Location: Remote/ Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned PLC Engineer/Trainer to shape the next generation of automation professionals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.) and a solid command of SCADA/HMI systems.

You will be responsible for delivering impactful live training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems to aspiring engineers and working professionals.

A key mission of this role is to create advanced PLC programs and stay ahead with R&D in automation technologies.

Collaboration is essential as you will work with our teams globally to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Live Training Sessions: Deliver practical and effective sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems.
  • Create from Scratch: Develop cutting-edge PLC programs and stay at the forefront of automation innovation.
  • Modernize Learning: Continuously update training modules with the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with our global teams to deliver a unified and high-quality learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Technical Mastery:
    • Proven expertise in PLC programming.
    • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems.
    • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT.
  • Training Superpowers:
    • Fluent, confident English communication and public speaking skills.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the automation industry.
    • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions.
