Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining databases to store and analyze employee data
  • Creating interactive dashboards to visualize employee performance and experience
  • Automating HR reports using Power BI/Tableau
  • Analyzing large datasets to generate actionable recommendations
  • Communicating technical data findings to HR and business leaders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus
