Job Title:

Senior Interior Designer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our premium project of a Grade A commercial space in Gurugram.

About the Opportunity:

  • Leads interior designing and aesthetics upgradation of existing assets, including design supervision and quality control audits.
  • Reviews and approves drawings by tenants on behalf of the client, ensuring quality detailing and interface with asset users.
  • Conducts site inspections to ensure fit-out meets required standards, particularly for public interfaces such as shop fronts and aesthetics quality.
  • Documents issues and non-compliances, and reports regularly to leasing teams.
  • Maintains strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to deliver smooth fit-outs and resolves any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in interior designing and project management.
