Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Leader to drive our design vision and buying strategy forward. This role will be pivotal in creating collections that resonate with our community while balancing creativity, commercial viability, and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop seasonal collections aligned with our brand identity and consumer needs, working closely with the product team.

- Translate global trends, consumer insights, and brand strategy into product lines, ensuring innovation in fabrics, silhouettes, and functionality for athleisure and lifestyle segments.

- Oversee sampling, prototyping, and quality benchmarking, ensuring timely launches and refreshes.

- Define assortment strategies across categories, price points, and channels (D2C, marketplace, retail), optimizing margins and speed.

- Build supplier/vendor partnerships for fabrics, trims, and finished goods, negotiating costs, MOQs, and timelines.

- Maintain balanced inventory: fast movers, core basics, and newness, collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure design and buying plans meet growth and profitability targets.

Requirements

1. ~10 years of experience in D2C fashion design, buying, or merchandising—athleisure/activewear experience in men's and women's wear.

2. Strong eye for fashion trends, consumer behavior, and product innovation.

3. Proven ability to balance design aesthetics with commercial outcomes.

4. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

5. Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
