Integration Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support the end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades and ensuring seamless performance as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform integration, commissioning and configuration of various nodes for network projects.
  • Work on RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes and technology swaps as per guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation and troubleshooting during and after integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration, preferably on T-Mobile network projects.
  • Hands-on experience with RAN platforms integration.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, parameters and KPIs.

Maintain documentation as per industry standards and ensure compliance with processes, SLAs and quality standards.
