Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in a safe and secure environment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize storage capacity and minimize waste.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth supply chain operations and timely product delivery.
  • Manage documentation related to inventory, shipments, and audit compliance to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and train warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively supervise a team and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications to streamline processes and improve productivity.
