Senior Brand Strategist
About Our Opportunity: We seek a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand strategy efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Positioning & Consumer Insights: Analyse market trends, leveraging consumer data to inform strategies that elevate the brand's presence and growth.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives, providing mentorship, support, and alignment to meet business objectives.
- Creative Development: Oversee creative development, ensuring campaigns and content effectively engage the target audience and inspire action.
- Market Analysis: Establish performance specifications, cost and pricing parameters, while estimating sales potential.
- Campaign Performance: Measure, analyse, and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Monitor consumer behavior and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Advertising & Marketing: Oversee the execution of ongoing marketing and advertising activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, expanding market share and customer loyalty.
- Omnichannel Initiatives: Lead the ideation and execution of omnichannel strategies to create compelling customer propositions.
- Strategic Alignment: Align internal teams and stakeholders around the brand's strategic direction, ensuring unified tactics and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Proven Brand Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, with a track record of success in the cosmetics industry.
