Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

As a frontend developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in front-end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies
