About Us: Paytm is a leading digital payments and financial services company in India, driving consumers and merchants to its platform through various payment use cases. To enhance merchants' business, we offer commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Our platform leverages operating data to offer credit services like merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by our financial partners.

About the team: Paytm's Infra Tech Lab solves complex DevOps issues globally, with DNA fingerprints including Cloud-First, Scalability, and Innovation. We work on large cloud (AWS) workloads, tame scale, and design automation platforms like one of the world's largest CI platforms and our own AWS cost management platform. We have a strong observability system processing millions of events per second.

About the role: We seek a skilled DevOps Engineer to work with Architecture governance, DevOps, and Engineering teams to set up the CICD pipeline. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in implementing pipeline changes and operationally managing the same. Key requirements include 6+ years of overall experience, 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience, and expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform. The candidate should also have experience in building, deploying, and operating infrastructure and applications, as well as cloud experience in AWS and CI/CD tools like Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Chef. Additionally, the candidate should be able to oversee and mentor junior software developers and report to management.
