Enterprise Technology Specialist

The Enterprise Technology Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to support business operations. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating network systems and subsystems, as well as resolving operational issues and maintaining computer hardware and software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and relationship management, with experience in handling large and sophisticated IT environments. They will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions to support business operations
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate network systems and subsystems
  • Resolve operational issues and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Work effectively with customers and colleagues to provide 2nd/3rd line network support and design/engineering efforts
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Science or Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT operations and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
