Job Description

As a diligent and meticulous property evaluation specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of scrutinizing investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

You will analyze deals, assess returns, review refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether investments are viable – your analysis will directly impact real-world decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role with a reputable organization, and we're seeking someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and continuous improvement.

  • Conducting thorough analyses of residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other critical information
  • Calculating key performance indicators: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Utilizing and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Preparing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Assuming ownership of analysis – your conclusions matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal reviewed
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Successful candidates will possess fluency in English, enjoy working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking, have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work, understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc., be meticulous, able to handle important decisions under pressure, welcome feedback, and constantly aim to improve, and demonstrate strong integrity.
