Portfolio Research Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in portfolio rebalancing and deep knowledge of investment products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and rebalancing to optimize asset allocation and manage risk-adjusted returns.
  • Perform research and due diligence on various financial products to support informed investment decisions.
  • Monitor and track performance against benchmarks and market trends, providing timely insights.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to design customized investment strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and client notes.
  • Support the development of model portfolios and recommend strategic adjustments based on market movements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CFP, NISM preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in portfolio research, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio rebalancing techniques and asset allocation models.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, AIFs, and PMS structures, strategies, and regulatory aspects.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex data simply.
