Technical Lead - Salesforce Vlocity/Omni Studio

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, and Lightning Web Components.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

**Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity/Omni studio development.
  • Vlocity certified.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

**Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mentoring junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  • Ability to drive adherence to best practices and industry standards.
